Most of use don’t like to wake up in the morning feeling grumpy and lazy. Always want to crawl back into bed to sleep more.
But if you are a 9 to 5 working professional, a student or Full time house mom then you can’t help it from getting out of bed. But what you can do avoid this laziness and kick start your day is do some stretching exercise.
