Killer Body Building Workout Tips
Bodybuilding.. thinking of this word gives a vision of great body builders Ronnie Coleman, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lou Ferrigno …. of course I thought to put my name in the list too but then I thought it would be too much :D. BTW there is nothing in the world you can do 🙂 so who knows one day I would be standing in some championship :D. Any ways here I will be discussing some serious tips to for the very beginner, who has just joined a body building gym or wants to join so.
Two main things you have to consider, no matter if you are working out or you are even if you aren’t, i.e. eat and sleep. Eat healthy, increase your meal intake and have an at least 7 hr good sleep.
Now don’t just bulk you stomach with every thing, you have to consider some calorie and protein stuff. An average requires 1800 to 2000 calories and 25 grams of protein. If you want to loose fat and reduce weight decrease your calories to 500 less than you are currently in-taking and if you want to gain weight and some muscle increase calorie to 500 more than current intake. It will gradually work but if you want some accurate results on how much calories you require to increase or decrease weight you must check out the sites like calorie king or calorie count. Here you just fill up a form and in the end it will ask about your goal, in the end it will give you your required calories, protein and other details to achieve your mentioned goal.
Now coming to the end of my body building workout tips, search for health recipes check the same websites for nutrition of certain food or you can search in Google with food name space “nutrition” without quotes. It will give you the whole detail of how much protein, calories and other nutrition fact of that certain recipe or food.
Grab a pen paper or open your notepad in your PC. Design your whole day diet. Like for example I need to gain weight and I increased my calories to about 3000 daily + my bodybuilding workout. I have broken my whole day diet into six meals. I start with a healthy breakfast like 2 eggs with 2tablespoon of olive oil. Eat 2 medium sized potatoes after every two hours and thats only 2 times. Have normal meal in lunch like rice or any other dish, in the end I intake protien shake before and after workout that protein shake completes my daily calorie intake and then I take something lite in dinner. After that go for a little walk for digestion and then goto sleep. I am following this routine and diet and its working by the grace of Allah :).
