The main cause of dry skin deficiency of minerals and vitamins and oil glands do not supply enough lubrication to the skin, as a result the skin becomes dehydrated and rough.


Dry Skin Symptoms

After showering, bathing skin feeling tightness looks rough rather than smooth it appears shrunken. Itching, fine lines, cracks and redness appear on skin.


Dry Skin Remedies


1- Before bed time take a warm glass of milk mixed with a teaspoon of almond oil, it can work wonders.

2- Before taking the shower, rub honey all over the body and leave it for 5 to 10 minutes for a moisturizing feeling.

3- For luxurious body scrub, mix 1 lemon juice with 5 tablespoon of sea salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. This scrub gives your skin soft, moisturized and fresh.

4- Apply oatmeal on hands before washing.

5- Mash a banana and apply it on face and neck like pack. After some time wash face and neck with warm water.

6- Apply honey and massage gently into dry areas and face. Leave it for 2-3 minutes. Honey gives soft and moisturize skin.

7- Mix 1 teaspoon of sugar with half lemon juice. Apply this mixture with cotton ball all over the face. Its give your skin soft and glowing. Apply it regularly.

8- Before going to bed apply petroleum jelly on dry lips, hands and feet. It is best for dry skin.

9- Mix half mashed avocado with half cup of honey. Apply this mask for 15 minutes, then rinse off. It is good for dry skin.

10- Coconut oil is a good source of moisturizer. Apply it all over the body for whole night. Next morning take bath with lukewarm water.

11- Slice a piece of aloe Vera, squeeze all the gel out and apply it itchy skin. It will moisturize skin.
